Continuously tack on over draft charges when I use the ap to deposit my checks. You are much better off going to a local credit union.
Typically get decent customer service. Walked in today to pull out a large amount of cash and had lost my drivers license, so I provided my CHL which IS another goverment ID and lists my drivers license number on it, but bc he couldn't scan the ID it wasn't acceptable. Frustrated that the guy didn't even know a CHL was a government ID with my DL # on it, I asked for him to tell me the nearest capital one location to Mesquite so I can go get a replacement DL and not have to drive all the way back to Midway.
