The 800 #, called twice, 33 minutes the first time and did speak with a nice rep. I hung up after 27 minutes today on hold. Made a phone payment on the first call and see it in their website as of Friday, but not shown in my normal account as a withdrawal. The last post is from ‘14, so I have the wrong Facebook page or Cap 1 is really behind the times.

Horrible. Capital one is ridiculously hard to work with. I will never have an account with them again. Word to anyone who may one day be thinking about using their credit card services. Think again and go with someone else. I'm not the only whos had issues with them either. :) Rant over. Have a great day.
