Today I went to the branch to ask for information about closing my lower-limit credit cards and keeping only the one with the highest credit limit. I was assisted by a teller whose attitude was rude and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted me, laughed, and did not allow me to ask my questions. A very unpleasant experience and a complete lack of customer service from a bank where I am an active client.

Unfortunately I will be closing my account due to the repeated rudeness and unprofessional behavior in my experience with Ben the teller and an extremely incompetent blonde headed branch manager.
