Unfortunately I will be closing my account due to the repeated rudeness and unprofessional behavior in my experience with Ben the teller and an extremely incompetent blonde headed branch manager. Walked in with a continuous problem activating my card after being locked out of my account and breaking my phone. Called customer service for over 3-4 weeks. Ben the guy at the front got me into a cubicle and had my account and issue fixed in under 10 minutes. Thank god for people like Ben. Will visits again. Both managers have been nothing but helpful the blonde haired lady. She’s a blessing also.
