If there was a tenth of a star that would be me. Customer service is ignorant and they charge 7 bucks to cash a check over 100 without account and they won't even allow you to use there restroom after paying 7 bucks to cash a check. If it was dark I would have on a tree lol. Never will I bank at capitol 1
After years of not utilizing a bank we started back with Capital One & I must say couldnt be happier. 7 years later and I still love their customer service the most but they offer lots of extras to banking that makes my life a lot easier! And who doesn't love that! Today I want thank both Longview branches and send an wxtra shout out to Justin & Ana @ the Judson location. Trying to help me with a very difficult issue @ 5pm on friday!!! Thanks!!!!
