I’ve had my capital one accounts for years and have never ever had an issue… great customer service as far as I’m concerned AB’s no one I’ve referred has had problems 👍🏾👌🏾
Tried calling several times before heading to this branch to find out they are closed, who knows for how long. They don't have accurate or updated business information. Capital One customer service is not helpful at all, effective or reliable, either their services. Complete waste of time with this trash of a business. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone in this world.
Able to call after business hours & answered immediately. Carol helped me late tonight & Carrie helped me even later the other night, both also in Nevada which was nice. Both Very personable & professional. We addressed several issues, 2 accounts, didn't receive statements for a few months, possibly stolen from our mailbox, corrected, credited, sending 1 of the accounts new card, provided direct fraud numbers. Have had their card for decades & the Walmart card.
DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE! This is PERMANENTLY CLOSED!
