She was patient and explanatory. She answered all my questions even came back checked on me to make sure I understood everything and had great bedside manner she took time to listen to everything I had to say and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The entire staff was friendly and efficient the medical assistant was very professional and I was impressed with the way I felt when I left the office
Attentive. Listened with empathy and gave me the confidence things would get better under her watch. I’m relieved peri menopause doesn’t have to be so horrific.
Dr.Smith was very comforting. She explained to me and brought knowledge to my attention something that I would never want to hear; no one would ever want to hear…. Something that happens as you age… it’s a tragedy to go through loosing natural moisture down that. And when it’s not producing? Man I’ve been so embarrassed not to mention avoiding intercourse…. It feels like I lost a part of me. But anyways…. Christine smith was so nice and careful with the news she brought to me……. She makes me feel comforted.
