DON'T BE FOOLED! This is not the actual inn. These pics belong to a place that no longer exists. The actual inn is on 40 Wa. 14 and it's a dive. Booked before reading other reviews and I believe the other reviews fully after what we walked into. No toilet paper on arrival. No working phone in room to call about it. When I went to the office, no one was there, completely locked up. Hubby called on his cell phone just to get service. They were there but couldn't hear me banging on the door????? Shower was gross. Haven’t stayed yet but after checking in i was grossed out. Don’t stay here unless a last resort. Looks nothing like the web pictures.
The only thing this place jas going for it is its location. It is pure filth. The counters and surfaces where not clean, there was food crumbs on the phone. I personally peeled the blanket and top sheet off and slept in my sleeping bag (probably should burn my sleeping bag now) I used a t-shirt to cover the pillow case and i didnt even dare use the microwave or the coffee maker. The refrigerator didnt work (maybe it wasn't plugged it) but there was a "frozen" dinner type item in the freezer from the previous guest, obviously... read more
Comfortable budget stay at Capital O Stevenson Inn Riverside. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were polite, responsive, and made check-in easy. Great value in a peaceful riverside town, I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.
