John and Cheryl at the Nissan Dealership service department in Wilmington provided outstanding service. Service department is terrible. Came in at my scheduled appointment time only to be told they couldn't get to my car that day. Took half a day off work and drove 1 hour to get there only to be sent away. Thanks for nothing.
Service was great, shuttle ride never happened for drop off or pick up. We decided to walk after waiting for a ride, they called said car was ready and offered ride I said yes shuttle person was supposed to call, didn’t happen and we walked back. This was the first time I ever scheduled to ride the shuttle, not sure what happened but the service was great.
