Coach Dan Tucker is the goat
I have been training at Capital MMA for many years. I started with my kids about 11 years ago. This school has been a huge part of my life over those years. My original coach recently started teaching again at Alexandria and so we now go up to relive those incredible classes. The instruction is the best in the area and even beginners will feel welcome, safe and comfortable. The hardest part is walking through the door the first time
Great gym with great people. Love the diversity of the classes and membership options. Started in 2016 and been happy coming here since. The people and culture really make it a great place to learn and have fun
