While traveling, options were limited for a Friday night class. Dropped in, and was welcomed by Darrell for their self-defense class. Small class, but all of them, great guys. They told me to come back the next morning for the BJJ class. Found an Uber, made my way back, and (wish I could remember his name) taught an excellent class. Meticulous with small details. awesome gym
Great gym for training all sorts of martial arts. Convenient time for all schedules and is super family friendly.
I've been going to Capital MMA Alexandria for 2 years now. They offer variety of classes like Crossfit, Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and BJJ. I've attended them all. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the community is great. This is the best gym in the DMV area in my opinion.
