Perhaps in other locations, the service is better. Here in Houston, it is a wonder they are still in business. Service techs can't come for a month, then they do not have the parts to make the repair. It takes another month or more to get the part, and then add a month to rebook the service tech to install it. The tech leaves the shop before he's finished and can't come back for weeks due to the schedule of the company. AND we are expected to pay for the next trip.
