Great Service
It was quite an ordeal getting my vehicle as they sold it while I had a deposit then later called if I still wanted it. I was happy to take it and have been really happy with the vehicle itself. It came with new tires from them. I dont do alot of highway driving but went on a road trip and had a horrible vibration the whole trip and got my tires rebalanced. Every wheel was off and had weights in spots that made no sense. Needed 5oz per wheel to rebalance.
I recently traded in my Ford Escape for a customized Ford Bronco. The sales team and finance team at Lincoln went above and beyond to make it a seamless and very easy decision to buy! Well.. I did not have getting a new car in my bingo card when I got the call from Dean Lewis at Capitol Lincoln. I decided to take the plunge and go have a look, not wanting to pay more then I was already paying. Walking in, everyone was extremely friendly and attended to me right away. The process was painless and fairly quick. Walked in at 130 and drove away by 4pm.
