Was thoroughly satisfied with the finished project. My kitchen looks great. He was totally hands on during the whole remodel and his people were great. Two thumbs up for Romeo!
Kal and his team came into a project that was halfway completed by our previous contractor. That contractor went bankrupt and gave up on building our new home. Kal and his team came in, saw all of the work and problems that need to be resolved. They quickly provided a fair quote and got to work immediately. After my original builder went bankrupt mid-project, Capital K stepped in and did an excellent job getting my home completed. Kal, the owner, was professional, transparent, and very responsive throughout the entire process. They quickly assessed the situation, fixed issues left behind, and got the project back on track. Honestly, the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. They did a terrific job on our bathroom renovation . They were very attentive to every detail. I would highly recommend.
They started out OK but when the roof started leaking again last December, I immediately notified them. Then it leaked again in February and I notified them again. I was ignored for 2 weeks until the ceiling finally collapsed from the rainwater, then they decided to come "fix" it. It still leaked, plus they had the audacity to ask to be paid to fix the ceiling they destroyed. I finally hired a real roofer. I'll be sending them the bill for my damages.
