This school offers an amazing bargain. I visited several schools in the area, and all were very expensive. This school offered a great environment with the most training opportunities for the lowest rates. I couldnt believe the skill of the people on the mat, their willingness to help me out and how inexpensive it was. BRAVO!
Capital is a great academy. If you know anything about MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai or Crossfit then you know this place is real! From the instructors to the staff everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The school does not get caught up in the underlying drama surrounding the MMA world. If you hear or read a bad thing about Capital its probably coming from someone that is trying to validate why they couldnt hack it through training. Hey fans of BJJ and MMA. I found this school when looking for a place to train. I have had nothing but great experiences here so far. The students are friendly, the instructors know their stuff and Ive gotten to meat some of the biggest names in this sport - not to mention learn from them!
