My wife and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience just before the COVID outbreak on a seven-day cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to the stunning Caribbean Islands of St. Martin, St. Lucia, and St. Thomas. The Capital Jazz Inc. has owed my husband and I over $5000 since 2019. We gave them several chances to refund our money and they failed to do so, which resulted in us filing a small claim suit against them. Although we won the suit, it's a joke because the State of Maryland does nothing to help you enforce/get your money from crooks like Capital Jazz Inc., so MD, in effect, encourages these scammers.
I attended the 30th annual jazz festival this year 2023. I’ve not written a review for cap jazz before. I felt compelled to do so this year. The benefits of this festival are no longer for the black folks who attend and work the festival. There are so many rules in place to limit black vendors and food trucks. Our people are no longer the main beneficiaries. You are forced to use their food vendors because the black vendors were extremely limited. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$$$ HERE!!!!!!The company cancelled their annual SuperCruise due to COVID. They have not refunded customers the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for the cancelled trip. It’s MONTH FOUR since they cancelled the cruise and we have still received no refund!!!!!!!!!! No one is answering the phone, returning VM or emails. The unprofessionalism and absence of communication is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. DO NOT BUY CRUISE TICKETS NOR FESTIVAL TICKETS!!!
Getting tickets for 2022 is an absolute disaster....took 50 minutes, 2 laptops, 1 tablet and a mobile phone - had to create 2 accounts (now up to 4) just to purchase 2 tickets!! The site repeatedly asks to reset password but has NEVER sent the code to reset, hence the need to create additional accounts, 1 of the new accounts, got through to select seats and move to the cart (within the allotted time frame) only to raise system errors (GUID processing errors) - Absolutely ridiculous!! - Leaving this message to vent of course,... read more
