Their delivery service is extraordinarily unprofessional. Their driver blocked 13th St. for over 20 minutes, instead of pulling forward into the open loading space or into the open alley depicted in the photos attached to this review. When asked to move into either the open loading area or the alleyway so that they are not blocking the public street, the driver became hostile and rude and refused to move their vehicle. So happy to find this company! Moving from another state it’s not always easy to find good repair service. Capital Janitorial will take good care of you! Cant sing their praises enough. These are professionals who know what they’re doing and are courteous and honorable too. Thank you!

Great work by the nicest family! My 2nd Bissel Pet Vac in 2 years broke, just 6 months after purchase. Bissel instructed me to take it to this service center for under warranty repair/replacement. I dropped it off, and got a call not 2 days later that it had been approved for a no charge replacement, which I picked up at my leisure. They are not open on the weekends, which would be nice for just a little bit maybe for dropoffs/pickups, but otherwise this place was a joy to service with, and I will definitely take my unit bac... read more
