Great work by the nicest family! My 2nd Bissel Pet Vac in 2 years broke, just 6 months after purchase. Bissel instructed me to take it to this service center for under warranty repair/replacement. I dropped it off, and got a call not 2 days later that it had been approved for a no charge replacement, which I picked up at my leisure. They are not open on the weekends, which would be nice for just a little bit maybe for dropoffs/pickups, but otherwise this place was a joy to service with, and I will definitely take my unit bac... read more

Great place to repair if possible. My unit was Hoover and was not repairable. But they had a used carpet machine for a great price just used it and it works better than what I had.
