They are the worst to answer emails, faxes any communication that is highly needing an answers from The pharmacist and most importantly when your job calls leaves messages for information that they need on their employees health to confirm, they do not answer. We are going on week two no one is answering our calls. No one is calling us back nothing

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. This medical office withholds test results unless you pay an additional copay just to speak with someone or come in to review them—which feels more like a billing tactic than a patient care decision. On top of that, they overcharge for standard copays and are extremely difficult to get in touch with. Multiple follow-ups are often needed just to get a basic response. If I could leave 0 star I would. Disorganized Staff, Poor Communication. I'm extremely disappointed with capital internal medicine staff and customer service. The staff seems very unorganized, and communication is practically nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my concerns and questions , always go unanswered unless you drive to go to them.As a patient, l expect a certain level of care and attention.
