Wow. This insurance company has shockingly terrible customer service. I had a policy through progressive which they work with capital insurance service. They not only would not answer any of my questions through email, the general manager refused to speak to me when I called. They requested the same copy of documents that I had already signed and sent copies to. The employees were extremely rude to me.
