I had called in a while ago to get some quotes for my mother. Emily and Savana helped me out. Emily was extremely helpful and patient as I was having my elderly mother give her information over the phone. She was informative, and very personable. She also was cracking jokes with this old fart LOL. Savanna kept us updated and was also very knowledgeable and polite. The customer service was by far the best I’ve received regarding insurance.
