I am certain claims adjustera don't get a lot of good reviews but this one is well deserved! Mike came out to asses the damages from a recent water leak we had. He was so kind, professional and communicative, it was truly refreshing! These things are always stressful and you hear horror stories but he was truly wonderful! He took time to explain what he was doing, how the moisture reading works, next steps- complete with timeline, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Fantastic service, I'm so glad we chose CIG!
