I had been seeing Dr. Mitra Assadi for years I followed her from Cooper to Capital. I hadn't seen her in awhile and called to leave a message and found out she is no longer with Capital. The receptionist told me they sent out letters to patients a month ago. Never got one and the only info I was given was she is practicing somewhere in Delaware. She is my doctor and I have the right to know where she has gone.
