I experienced medical malpractice in which they offered me a settlement of only a fraction of what the mistake cost me. Capital injury law assured me that they would be able to win this case, slam dunk. The "investigation" has taken so long, my initial settlement check is now void and they will not respond to me, it has been months of asking for a status update. This was on contingency? I will gladly take this review down if you just communicate with me but as of now it seems that you are avoiding me
