Capital Industrial puts a garage keepers LIEN on their customers without telling them. They do not let their customers know. This is for any customer who pays by credit card. This is a terrible business practice. I found this out from my bank and will never use this company ever again.

My review is based on an extremely bad experience we have had with one of our units at Capital Industrial Calgary location. Communication from the front desk to the service department was brutal. Lack of knowledge and ability of what they were doing definitely lacked as well as their customer service was brutal. We had to call multiple times to get any updates on maintenance work that had been requested to be done. Work that should have taken them weeks, took months.
