We had an issue wit hour platform lift. They were out promptly to diagnose the issue, and returned the next day to complete the repair.
Will definitely call again for service on forklift. Was very knowledgeable and friendly!
Our forklift quit working and Mike had his service guy out the same day to address our issue and while here found another issue that would have cost us downtime. They ordered the part and installed before the unit failed. Will be using them again for repairs and machines service.
Equipment stops working after their mechanic left; that happened second time in a row. then we have to call them and they charge for fixing their own mistakes as well. Other way of stealing money. Worst customer service, they work for 20 mins and charges for 1.5 hours.
