I was very pleased with the service of this company on January 11, 2019. I received a quick response to my call and the serviceman called, as expected, while he was on the way here. They gave me a 2 hour window the same day, but he called earlier to make sure we were here. Our refrigerator ice maker stopped working. John arrived, figured out what went wrong, got it working again, and charged a more than fair price for his trouble. I will absolutely call them again if/when i have more appliance “issues” in the future.
