The Service advisor, Nigel, was efficient and kind
Every single time my car goes in their garage, I have to bring it back because they run out of time (despite always have a morning appointment pre-booked). That's fine, I never complain. This time, however, was the worst experience. My car spent 2 full days in the garage (it went back the second day because they ran out of time the first day). I had a wonderful experience at Capital Hyundai. I am an older lady and I do not like to feel rushed when I shop for a car. My son took us to see Melissa Kelland and she was so good I am short and he wanted a small car that when I drive is easy for me to use and park. Melissa was very patient. She spent time helping me adjust the seat and showing me how to use the buttons. She made sure I felt safe and happy.
