Staff is great all around from reception to sales to service. The Service check in is fast and efficient. Lots of communication during your stay. I've only had 1 issue with an oil change taking a rather long time due to a back up of work but, the service dept compensated with a couple of free car wash vouchers.
I have to say that this place makes you feel welcome and at home. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. You can really feel how Hyundai employees really try to work with you to get you into one of their vehicles. 5 stars all around, and huge kudos to Danny Crane and the entire team that helped us get into our Elantra N.
I recently brought in my 2020 Elantra for a general check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. The service advisor, Heather who assisted me was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and confident about the service being done. I brought my car in today...July 31st 2025. I was first in linexat the door half an hour before they opened. I live an hour and a half away. I watched as all but 1 person who came in after me has come and gone. My service advisor Daniel was very nice, I've been herealmost 4 hrs and no update. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had. I planned to buy another Hyundai but, this experience changed my mind.
