Customer service is horrible. You can’t get through to anyone on the phone. When you bring your car in for servicing they give you a timeframe and almost always surpass the wait time. I definitely will not be buying another Hyundai in my future!

Bought a new hyundai elantra n. One of the rims were damaged prior to purchase. Was tols they would take care of it. Instead of replacing the rim they had it repaired. Which would be fine but the gloss or shine on the paint of the repaired rim is different from the rest. I havent driven it since bringing it home from the repair. I would never have bought it if i knew. Biggest regret ever
I booked a appointment on September 2nd, for September 26th, my Husband called the day before to confirm the appointment and see what service was needed, they said it didn't exist! Even though I have a email! Called multiple of times to talk to a manager, left messages and emailed. Never heard anything, called over a week later to speak to a manager, no one in the office apparently..someone finally called back on behalf of a manager. Got in for my service appointment.
