I have called and left messages for service several times over last 8 weeks since late August. I called sales in Fairfax and spoke with a representative. No responses to my request for service. Tub is leaking for 2nd time and one skirt panel not installed properly. This is my 2nd tub with Capital and will likely be my last. Now I am looking for someone to disconnect and deinstall the tub.
We had the most wonderful experience at Capital Hot Tubs with sales representatives Gabriella and Sandie. My wife and I were interested in buying our first hot tub. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features and benefits of their products. I purchased a new salt water hot tub and I was having trouble getting my chemicals just right. I called Sandie at Capital Hot Tubs in Fairfax, VA, and she spent hours walking me through the process.
