I would not recommend Northern Nissan for non-warranty repairs. Based on my experience, either the diagnostic process is lacking or there appears to be a focus on generating additional charges rather than resolving the issue efficiently. The vehicle was repeatedly diagnosed, with each attempted repair failing to fix the problem. The team at Capital Honda Phillip do a great job on servicing my work car each time. Sanja and Colin have always shown respect and kindness. The services have always gone well, if they have needed the car longer, they have always kept me updated.
Didnt get off on the right foot from the get go. Viewed Hyundai Tuscan online at Morningon Hyundai went straight down to purchase to be told car wasnt there in some "holding yard" we had been looking for this particular car for some time so we left disappointed only to find out that the car was there all along anyway mistakes happen we purchased the car and have been very happy for the last 12 months with it until this week. Our thanks to Northern Isuzu who have once again shown professionalism and commitment to their customers. We contacted Terry Walsh (who was on a day off), as our 3 week old car would not start. Despite Terry being on a day off, he continued to support us. Within 24 hours, we were told the problem (Unleaded petrol we had accidentally put in the tank). Today I was told that my Toureg would be ready at 10am, with a tow bar fitted. This is after 7 months of being messed around. So I arrived at 10am, somewhat hopeful, only to sit there for 3 hours, and be told there is a problem. I grabbed the courtesy car and left. Let's see if things improve tomorrow! HA HA HA. Seems like its a running joke ATM!
I do not have any issues with the sales team. However, I have had my Honda HRV petrol version for 3 weeks. It has failed to start twice during this time. I had to call Honda Assist twice and RACV attended. They are suspecting issues with the battery or wiring. I will be going to the nearest Honda dealership for solutions. I bought this car with so much joy but now I have been Ubering back and forth from work due to the these issues. Not happy!
Not recommended Sales woman lied about servicing requirements And gave face information regarding warranty and servicing Sales manager sorted it but now more issues with servicing and now I am being ignored by then Nightly not recommended Laventon ram seems a better option
I live locally and tried calling to enquire about purchasing a new Nissan X-Trail. I was on hold for five minutes, having pressed the number for sales. I finally spoke to a lady, not in sales, who said she would put me through. A long time later, I hung up! Later today I have committed to purchase an MX5 Mazda from Preston Mazda. A missed sale. Shocking customer service! Don’t go there!!!
