My 80yr old mother in law used this company to do a lot of work, she said she paid $80k overall to these people. First it was a kitchen remodel. At first things seemed to go well, minor issues here and there she complained about. As the work started winding down and the kitchen was usable, I came up for a visit. Aside from her running list of things she wanted them to fix/finish, I immediately noticed there wasn't a single GFCI installed in the new kitchen...that's a code violation. Worst customer service ever. They haven't responded to my calls or emails for over 6 months. Job has not been completed. Very shoddy work on front porch railing was installed upside down. That was rectified but is now missing screws . They have left equipment in my shed for over a year.
These guys are fantastic! Very friendly and helpful! Kevin was awesome today to fit me in when I had no heat for 2 days! Thankfully it was a very quick fix and there's heat again! Highly recommend Capital Home Services!
