Kerry P. is fantastic to work with! She took the time to make sure I fully understood the process and where all the numbers came from. As a first time home buyer, it was extremely helpful and eased the nerves of the home buying process. She kept my expectations realistic but also worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was getting what I was wanting/needing in the process. She asked me where I’d be comfortable for my mortgage payment and got me well below that. Highly recommend Kerry and her team.

Kerry Parkinson helped us with our recent mortgage. We wanted a VA loan, and as such, there were many i's to dot and t's to cross. It was cumbersome, and confusing for us. However, every little question that we worried about, we asked Kerry and she had the full explanation for us.
