John does it RIGHT. He saved my wife and I thousand$ in 1990 by discovering joist rot and mold under 3 rooms in the crawl space. Luckily, I had made in writing our purchase agreement contingent on passing John's inspection. It meant the seller had to have treated floor joists and band patches installed, and a full plastic vapor barrier put on the clay. The previous owner did not even know, I believe. But I would have found it too soon, and -- but for John -- too late. Thanks, John Plyler!
