Derek recently replaced our central AC unit on the first floor of our home. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish. He and his crew were experienced, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. We could not have asked for a better experience. Derek is very kind and provides excellent service. He explained everything we needed to do after his evaluation of our systems. He spent time to show us how to maintain our split systems and what to look for should problems occur. I would definitely refer him and Capital Cooling and Heating to anybody that needs work done efficiently and quickly.
My Minisplit failed to drain on a/c and was leaking water in the house. Derek responded quickly to my call and was out same day. He is knowledgeable, and troubleshot a failed condensate pump. He gave honest advice on options for repair. He is interested in customer satisfaction and a positive result over upcharging minor repairs. Definitely recommend Capital Heating & cooling
Be careful trying to work with Derek the owner of the company especially if you start to ask him questions about the company and his techs or a Saturday morning he will tell you he is choosing not to work with you. Other company’s work Saturdays and even come and give quotes on Sundays but this guy doesn’t wanna do business with you if you bother him on a Saturday. Didn’t know working on a weekend was a sin.
