Derek is very kind and provides excellent service. He explained everything we needed to do after his evaluation of our systems. He spent time to show us how to maintain our split systems and what to look for should problems occur. I would definitely refer him and Capital Cooling and Heating to anybody that needs work done efficiently and quickly.
My Minisplit failed to drain on a/c and was leaking water in the house. Derek responded quickly to my call and was out same day. He is knowledgeable, and troubleshot a failed condensate pump. He gave honest advice on options for repair. He is interested in customer satisfaction and a positive result over upcharging minor repairs. Definitely recommend Capital Heating & cooling
