Called to have an inspection of our old fireplace that has been inoperable for some time. We bought the house one year ago and no gas was ever hooked up. Lady stated without having gas hooked up they could not inspect. I don't even know what gas this unit uses (maybe it's wood burning one), if all the parts are there, or if it's even functional.
