I had a problem ( left hearing aid quit working) the Oticon help line person gave me some Oticon recognized providers in my area and Capital was the first one I called.. They answered the phone even though they were closed. They worked me into their full schedule the next day. I could not be more pleased with the expert service I received. I will go out of my way to use them in the future..
Great people! So friendly and helpful! I was visiting from Texas and needed help with my hearing aids. They even cleaned my hearing aids for free!
Had a follow up visit with Dr. Lopez today and my hearing aids are working very well. I have profound hearing loss in both ears and that is challenging to fit hearing aids for. She went the extra mile and I'm very happy with the performance of the hearing aids. Thank you Dr. Lopez and Capitol Hearing Care. If you are profoundly hard of hearing I highly recommend Dr. Lopez.
