Awful experience. From the provider, to the dishonest and deceitful billing manager (Mark Milligan). This has to be the worst healthcare provider in all of DC, certainly the worst provider I have dealt with (and there has been a good number of those). Mark told me that he would recode my bill due to the miscommunication from their entire team. However, he advised me that my insurance provider could charge me more after the fact.
