Horizon sent me a bill stating capital health sent my cultures to A third-party vendor. We all know they usually use quest, diagnostics, or LabCorp. I was under the impression that they were using those which is covered by my assurance, but they sent my information to a third-party trying to charge me a $1700 bill. Highly unacceptable now I’m stuck paying a bill that I was not even aware of about the third-party vendor. like what is verified diagnostics LLC that seems like a scam
Sadly they do not answer their phones or return calls.
Been calling them for three weeks!!!!! No answer no response and I’ve been in pain having issues!!! Unbelievable how great your service is!!!!
Is this department even active? Dozens of calls over duration of weeks, numerous voice messages, still no response. Such an inconvenience especially from the big brand hospital like this. I hope the office manager sees this!!
I can not say enough good things about this practice. Not only was I having some long term medical issues that had not been effectively treated until i began seeing them, despite having seen multiple other specialists but I was also going through a generally tough time.
