The nurses think they are doctors . The staff is lazy except for Kenya and Jennifer . You have to call a million and one times to get the nurses to fill out paperwork requested and the coke up with a million reasons why it hasn’t been done ! Don’t waste your time at this office !! Great doctors but staff sucks!
The place is very small, they even can’t do bloodwork and had to send me to Labcorp. I went for annual physical which is preventative but they gave Labcorp a routine visit billing code, and none of the insurance company, Labcorp and the provider has an explanation for the billing code. I was on time for the appointment but the front desk is so slow and only left me 15min for visit. The doctor isn’t professional either. I would never return to this place.
All the doctors I have seen in the office have been really great, but the office staff seems to be really slow about refilling prescriptions and their system for doing so is really unintuitive. Every month I seem to have problems getting my pills refilled and it's always right at the buzzer, which is really stressful since it is a medication I can't miss even one dose of. Dr. Daniela O'Neil is the best medical professional I have had in a long time! She is amazing. Highly recommend her as a doctor/nurse practitioner.
