Echoing two common points: 1. Staff are actively unhelpful, the schedule is a joke. They just don't care. 2. Doctors (we've seen two) are caring in a way but actively oblivious of the financial realities of their industry. Code things incorrectly, order unnecessary things, try to force you to deal with other providers that jerk you around for no good reason. American healthcare is a total disaster and this office represents it well.
This is the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever experienced at a health care facility from the intake staff with the micro aggression to the disrespectful nurses who disregard your rights to how you feel about your temperature being taken (I don’t like that gun shot to the head thermometer take it from my wrist do sneak and point it at my head and pull the trigger without my permission) to the doctors who behave like I don’t deserve treatment especially when my insurance is A1. We recently moved to the area and weren't sure what to expect from our first hospital visit, but it turned out to be the most positive experience we could have hoped for. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a receptionist with a smile that lit up the room. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and I only wish I had gotten her name.
