A really inefficient office with unprofessional front desk. My doctor was excellent but everything else was awful - including the 45 minute wait time. Yet if a patient runs 10 minutes late for an appointment, they have to reschedule. No respect for the patient. Also, the practice moved to this location a few years ago. It had been located in a spacious office park with tons of parking. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Baradhi regarding my baby’s care. During one visit, my baby was supposed to receive a vaccine that required the medication to be properly mixed with sterile water before being administered. Instead, it appeared that the sterile water was injected separately without properly mixing it with the actual vaccine dose. Hate this place. The ones in the front suck.

I am torn writing this review because my son’s PCP is absolutely wonderful. The doctor is incredibly nice, deeply involved in his care, and highly reliable. If I were rating the doctor alone, it would easily be a five-star review. Unfortunately, one of the front desk staff completely ruins the experience. She is rude, useless and disrespectful. I may look for another location just to avoid this mistreatment, literally yelling at me. Unacceptable.
