WORST administrative skills ever!
This morning I accompanied a friend to her appointment and was very disappointed by the comments I overheard coming from front desk staff. While rescheduling another clients appointment and asked about MLK day the staff made multiple offensive and uncomfortable remarks regarding why we as African Americans celebrate the day.
