Doctors are truly amazing (no exaggeration), but the folks that manage their appointments and communications are combative and rude. I’d consider other places until their management addresses this abysmal customer service.
Probably the worst and most rude location I’ve ever dealt with. Super inconvenient, never can get them on the phone and the lady who deals with referrals has one of the worst personalities I’ve ever dealt with. She shouldn’t be working somewhere where she has to talk to humans.
Dr. Ahsan was very friendly and was amazing throughout the appointment but front desk receptionist was very rude and had a lot of attitude

Doctor did not prescribe the proper medication to handle the pain I was in. I went to them on February 28th 2025. The doctor ordered an MRI that needed to be approved by my insurance company; however after calling my insurance on March 5th, since I had not gotten an approval yet after being in a moderate amount of pain; I found out they didn’t even call for an approval!
