Very Rude and ignorant front desk staff. They have no respect for patients. They treat patients like its a free clinic. On the other hand’s Doctors are very nice, caring, polite and thorough and that’s the reason I signed up as a new patient. But when I saw front desk staff behaviour with other patients walking in, I decided to cancel my appointment.
Dr L as we call her is a wonderful Dr. she treats my daughter, my husband and myself. Very down to earth Doc who takes the time to answer questions and provide options. Love her.
Front desk staff on the phone is super rude and not helpful. Looks like they hired some incompetent people.
Doctors are truly amazing (no exaggeration), but the folks that manage their appointments and communications are combative and rude. I’d consider other places until their management addresses this abysmal customer service.
Probably the worst and most rude location I’ve ever dealt with. Super inconvenient, never can get them on the phone and the lady who deals with referrals has one of the worst personalities I’ve ever dealt with. She shouldn’t be working somewhere where she has to talk to humans.
