This is my first doctor's office, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's pretty straightforward. Nice reception, nice doctors. If the owner sees this post, please fix the radio or add a tv. Those poor staff have had nothing but silence for too long! Also, shout out to Dr Cynthia Cheng. She is amazing!
Had appointment at 6:40pm Monday, arrived on time and was informed by security officer at the desk that the primary care office was closed and had been closed since 4pm. Did not receive call, email or any other form of communication about the practice being closed early.
Dr Hughes is great but don’t be late to your appointment…..
