Dr. Berk and his staff understand what true patient care is. They are sensitive, listen and most of all understand where the patient is mentally. I am fortunate to have been transferred to him.
I called 3 times during business hours and could never get ahold of an actual person. I left voice mails 3 times trying to make an appointment letting them know I had a positive pregnancy test and never received a call back. Three calls in three weeks and nothing. I now look at it as a blessing because I wouldn’t want to trust my pregnancy with a place that can not even be bothered to respond.
The phone hours make it difficult to get anyone on the phone. You are able to leave a message for them to give you a call back. Between the phone hours and office hours I find it difficult to manage my care with this office and for those reasons I have decided to look for a different provider.
This review is in regards to the ladies behind the desk at the Yardley office. Katie and Kate. My daughter had a matter that needed to be addressed and they went above and beyond to help her. A matter that couldn't seem to be resolved thru the Langhorne office. I'm so thankful to them both. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Great job ladies. My daughter and I are really thankful for all that you did to help us.
I’ve been coming to Capital Health OBGYN in the Yardley office for the last several years. EVERYONE in the office, the front desk staff, the nurses, and specifically Dr. Turner are so amazing, very personable, genuine and kind. You feel like they truly care about you, your body and health. Dr. Turner always makes sure you feel heard, he’s incredibly patient, never rushes anything, he’s a good listener and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Turner!!!!!!!!!! ☺️
