I’m currently 8 months into my pregnancy and needed assistance with rescheduling an appointment, the receptionist who answered named Dominique sighed loudly when I told her I needed to reschedule then started giving me an attitude over the phone, spoke over me and hung up. I understand getting paid $18 an hour is frustrating but if this is how you treat patients you don’t need to be working in the healthcare field. Especially dealing with pregnant women! Unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment since October 2024. They told me to follow up for the 2025 schedule and assured me they would call me when it opened. I’ve been consistently following up, calling to check if the schedule was available, and every time, they told me it wasn’t. Today, I called again, only to be told that there won’t be any available spots for the next six months. Expect to wait an hour for your appointment to receive a rushed and hurried service. Would not recommend.

I scheduled my pregnancy intake call a month in advance, but it was cancelled twice. This makes me doubt their reliability and worry about my future pregnancy appointments.

I’ve had to reschedule two VERY important appointments FIVE TIMES. One of the five cancelled appointments nobody reached out to let me know it was cancelled. As a medical provider myself I decided to turn away immediately from this “medical office” before even stepping foot inside because the staff has made it transparent they treat it as a place of “business.” Then, after further reading other comments it’s clear that their “patients” are only looked at like “dollar signs.” I am relieved I never actually had the opportunity... read more
