You said that you will call us at 3:00pm today but nobody calls us.They say what they do not do. Shame on you.
Getting an appointment the same week especially for concerns is sometimes very difficult. Unless you want to see a new provider or someone you don’t care for, You have to wait weeks/months to see a provider that you’re the most comfortable with or used to. Sometimes, I don’t get seen at the time my appointment is scheduled & I have to wait an extra 30-40mins to be seen. A few drs are good & then you have others that will rush the appointment & it makes me feel like they don’t care as much.
The black skinny short hair lady is very rude and the office lady Adriana is also . Do not recommend. if you can’t handle fuzzy pregnant lady’s, this is not the job for you.
I will not be returning to this office. I had a gynecology appointment today with Abisola Luther, as a new patient. I expressed concerns regarding my endometriosis which I have been dealing with now for over 15 years. When I expressed the many symptoms I experience they were reduced to “nausea, that most women have during their period” . When I requested a referral for a laparoscopy after again explaining my symptoms I was asked “why for your own curiosity?”. I’ve come to Capital Health OBGYN for years to see Dr. Belwani who is sadly no longer with the practice. So when making my appointment I told them to schedule me with whoever. I was running late to my 11:45 appointment, so I called and was told as long as I was there within the 15 minute grace period that was fine. I arrived within that window at 11:56, however, I was told Amy Stoner, the woman I was supposed to see, had gone to lunch.
