I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment since October 2024. They told me to follow up for the 2025 schedule and assured me they would call me when it opened. I’ve been consistently following up, calling to check if the schedule was available, and every time, they told me it wasn’t. Today, I called again, only to be told that there won’t be any available spots for the next six months. Expect to wait an hour for your appointment to receive a rushed and hurried service. Would not recommend.
I scheduled my pregnancy intake call a month in advance, but it was cancelled twice. This makes me doubt their reliability and worry about my future pregnancy appointments.
I’ve had to reschedule two VERY important appointments FIVE TIMES. One of the five cancelled appointments nobody reached out to let me know it was cancelled. I had seen Dr. Audrey T for I guess close to 15 years. She took me through the stages of that part of my life that were quite dramatic. She cared deeply about my wellness and was always there for me.
