Liked the doc that I saw but impossible to see same doctor for pregnancy care, couldn't get an appointment at the same office let alone same doc within 4 weeks. I am currently at 13 weeks with a high risk pregnancy. Seems to me capital health takes on more patients than they can handle to get your money. Haven't even been able to call and schedule testing that doc ordered because they don't have callback, email or voice-mail option and yes I called during office hours.
I was refered to this practice by my family physician who is a patient of theirs. I must say I absolutely love Dr. Patel. She is the sweetest, most patient and understanding OB that I have been to. She is also very informative and caring. The reason for my 3 stars is like a lot of people on here say, it is next to impossible to get an appointment or someone to answer your call. Up until today, I have had nothing but great things to say about Capital Health OBGYN and the Langhorne office where I am mostly seen but today was the first time I left a doctors office with hot tears in my eyes. I was seen midwife Aimme Kessler and it was the worst medical office visit I’ve ever had in my life. I have been with this office over 14 years. I have even traveled to their New Jersey location just for Dr. Berk before they opened an office in Langhorne again. The care during my pregnancy 12 years ago was amazing. My care when I was diagnosed with endometriosis..amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Berk. He takes the time the answer questions and provides all options for your care. Highly recommend!
I found everyone here to be very kind & courteous. I was helped quickly & efficiently at the front desk & did not have to wait long to be taken back for my appointment at all, perhaps between 5-10 minutes. Very happy with my visit & felt all of my concerns were addressed & then some.
