I never make reviews ever but I feel like I have to now. I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. The past few years have been absolutely terrible though. Every OB has not been respectful towards my own preferences/beliefs or choices (not even medical choices but the way I live my own life). I’ve been to this office twice, once during pregnancy and once postpartum. Dr. Rothberg delivered my twins and inserted my birth control and he was great for both. Both times I entered the office, the front desk has been so friendly and helpful, especially Jill and Cindy. They also helped me greatly with my disability forms and were highly responsive and prompt. I believe her name was Pam. Thank you for helping me during this time! Every single time I try to make my annual, I am put on a waiting list, no appointment is made, just put on a waiting list. I wanted an appointment for two and a half months away and they can't find a spot, they just put u on an indefinite waiting list. Nobody does that, they make u an appointment, then they put u on a waiting list for something earlier, if it pops up.
