currently 34 weeks pregnant and asked the dr I never seen before NHI P TRAN and expressed to her my experiences with the practice and not being informed about anything so far being that i’m almost due and she basically told me to collect my medical records and find a new practice to attend. At 34 WEEKS !!!! I been coming to capital health during the whole duration of my pregnancy and i’m going through alot and to be told to screw off close to the end my pregnancy …. very professional
On February 26th they canceled my new patient appointment (for April 3rd) for no reason and did not contact me to reschedule. When I contacted them to clarify why it was canceled and to reschedule, they stated the provider is no longer working that day. They offered an appointment 3 weeks later than my original appointment date as that was their “next available” so I requested a call from the office manager. I’ve had such a great experience at this office and felt compelled to share. I usually see Ashley Shemansky, APN, but today I saw Rachel Kordon, APN—and both providers are absolutely wonderful. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I really appreciate how calming and reassuring they are during visits. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, take the time to listen, and make me feel supported with every concern or question I have. Everyone at the office was great for my first appointment! Resident Dr. Olawore was very kind and Dr. Stanell was super friendly and helpful. The nurse and also the blood work lady were both very sweet as well!
They never answer the phone.
