We go here all time. Have had good and bad experiences..I am not sure what is happening with this ER or if it is just tired and overworked staff. There is no compassion and staff are desensitized,. Oddly enough, I was told by lead staff that the reality of finding a patient on bench with their things, was because all their tests came back fine, the ER was full, they are busy and they could no longer help them. This hospital is great with amazing helpful staff, the bad reviews, I'm guessing they fixed the issues? But my only complaint is when you call this hospital, the people that pick up sound like they don't want to help you and are a bit rude.
Freaking trash. Service and timing. Nurses act like any question is a bother to them. You ask a nurse to help you and they just stare at you from a distance and don’t help. Literally makes you feel worst as you watch everyone pass by and the constant phone ringing. They literally wait you out for the shift change.
The stay was actually really good. I had DKA induced by large amount of alcohol so i was transferred here. Once inside the place I was treated was great, all my problems were resolved. . The nightmare began in the ambulance from Deborah. I passed out in Deborah, and woke up in an ambulance. i don't know who this ambulance belongs to. There is a man staring at me with a deadface expression for what feels like over 2 minutes.
I arrived at the emergency room around 4 pm on Tuesday because my aunt was called to return to the hospital as an emergency after a cap scan she had done the same day in the morning, it was supposed to be an emergency then they put us on hold around 9 pm they performed another cap scan on her for the same problem. The doctor indicated that they wanted to make sure she was okay, she asked for her to stay overnight in which she never received any attention or the room they offered her to be cared for her.
