The stay was actually really good. I had DKA induced by large amount of alcohol so i was transferred here. Once inside the place I was treated was great, all my problems were resolved. . The nightmare began in the ambulance from Deborah. I passed out in Deborah, and woke up in an ambulance. i don't know who this ambulance belongs to. There is a man staring at me with a deadface expression for what feels like over 2 minutes.
I arrived at the emergency room around 4 pm on Tuesday because my aunt was called to return to the hospital as an emergency after a cap scan she had done the same day in the morning, it was supposed to be an emergency then they put us on hold around 9 pm they performed another cap scan on her for the same problem. The doctor indicated that they wanted to make sure she was okay, she asked for her to stay overnight in which she never received any attention or the room they offered her to be cared for her. Worst experience at a hospital
Terrible experience! Extremely long wait times, and when I was finally seen they made me feel like I was a nuisance. The only positive was a couple of nice nurses.
I have been there on several occasions due to personal circumstances or for my wife... and each time I have noticed that no one takes your problem seriously, there is no priority for people who are really suffering from pain and when you manage to get in the staff has the phone in hand and no one is a priority for any patient... it is regrettable and the cost of being a few minutes inside these facilities is high...
