I like Dr. Sheri Gillis Funderburk. I have been going to her for over five years now. However I don’t know what’s going on with her office lately. I need time sensitive paperwork filled out for work, for my intermittent FMLA. They give me two weeks to complete. I faxed over everything for her to fill out immediately, it’s been a month and, to date, I’ve tried 11 times to get in touch with someone. I need to see a doctor here but I can’t get anyone on the phone, I can’t get a callback, and I can’t schedule on the website. What else am I supposed to do? I even called the customer experience number from another review and that cut me off after one sentence saying I reached the end of the recording time. What a joke.

I have been trying to make an appointment with this office for over a month. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since the motto for US medicine is much like airports--"hurry up and wait"--but a month of phone calls to their office at various times of day with no one answering or the calls going to voicemail is quite frustrating.
