عيادة سيئة جدا بسكرتارية غباء و قلة ادب و مستوى سوقي في التعامل سواء العراقية او الفلبينية جميعهن زبالة و المكان ليس لهن و المفروض الدكتور او صاحب العيادة لو يحترم نفسه كان المفروض يحترم المرضى و تغيير هذا الستاف الواطي .
The reception staff needs serious improvement in communication. I had an appointment but never received any voicemail or notification. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Ali was not working this has now happened twice. Also they never answer the phone, making the number on their website practically useless. I hope they receive proper training to address these issues and improve their communication.
Doctor Rasha is a great doctor but my 3 stars is because of the reception, very hard to communicate with them.
