I’m writing on behalf of my mother, who had a disappointing experience with Dr. Subooha Zafar. When she expressed concerns about her ongoing sleep issues, Dr. Zafar responded dismissively, saying, “What do you want me to do?” in a rude manner. My mother was seeking guidance and support, but instead, she left feeling unheard and frustrated. A more compassionate and solutions-focused approach would have been appreciated.

The front end staff is great. However the doctors are rude and look down on you. I misunderstood an instruction with my CPAP and she literally laughed in my face. Horrible doctors, stay away

Waited 5 weeks for “authorization” for a sleep study from the insurance company only to find out it was submitted wrong by capital health sleep center. Now waiting I guess another few weeks to hear back or find out what will be done wrong this time. I had heard it was a problem in dealing with this facility, but they are kind of the only game in town. I’d find another place if you can.

Saw the NP last year, who was the first person in 25 years to take my sleep issues seriously. Unfortunately they had a 6 month wait when I asked to see them this year. (Lost a star for that). I also used their sleep lab recently when I found a new doctor. The overnight technician Marzanna was fabulous. I was extremely nervous about the study and falling asleep and as she was putting the electrodes on, she was talking to me and calmed me down immensely. She also was great when I needed her and in the morning. She deserves a r... read more
