I have worked with Capital Health Care Network and their facilities for many years, providing custom audio recordings. I find their staff to be helpful and professional, although most of my communication is with Lisa Stockdale at the corporate level. We have a strong working relationship that I value.

In regards to The Oaks of West Kettering I will never take a loved one or suggest this facility to anyone. They eagerly came to the hospital to introduce the facility. We were quoted one amount while in the hospital. We went and toured the facility they quoted the same amount. Once my mother was home and we started receiving the bills it was a completely different amount. We argued the bill for a couple of months. I am nearing the five year mark with this company and it has been a joy! There are challenges because this is healthcare, but I am thankful every day for the opportunity and support.
