Terrible!!! The front of office ladies are very nice. Dr. Thanawala never shows up for appts. She cancels or is a no show. I drive over 30 minutes for an appt to be told she won't be in today. They don't bother to get another dr in the group to see me - they tell me I need to reschedule for another time. I understand things happen, but this is a reoccurring theme with Dr. Thanawala. I have 3 appts. First appt I waited 30 mins on the table for her to come in, I was sent for test. Follow up appt to learn if I am ok or not, she... read more
